Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years in commercial security systems installation or service with programming experience for access and video systems.
• Strong networking skills and IP system understanding are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within guaranteed response times and work to restore systems to full functionality.
• Install systems according to Tech Systems Installation Standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and update tickets in tracking systems.
• Identify revisions, upgrades, and installs and perform them independently.
• Maintain inventory and resources in possession.
