Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years experience in commercial security systems installation or service.
• Networking skills and 1 year experience programming access and video systems.
• Factory or internal security system certifications to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet; IP system knowledge.
• Excellent customer service, strong multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within assigned area and restore systems quickly.
• Install systems per installation standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Identify revisions, upgrades, and installations independently.
• Update tickets and communicate with Customer Service.
• Account for company inventory and resources.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
• Assist with additional technical support issues.
• Attend to duties assigned by Regional Manager or executives.
