Vector Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive bookings and recurring revenue by prospecting and presenting commercial solutions to clients in Columbia, MD. You will manage documentation for sales agreements and proposals and cultivate ongoing business with existing customers while securing new large commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Prospecting skills to build new relationships and generate new logos.
• Demonstrated success in previous sales positions.
• Ability to present complex integrated solutions in large commercial environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector’s commercial solutions and achieve bookings, revenue and profit targets.
• Educate customers about product offerings including video, intrusion, access control and fire alarm systems.
• Maintain a viable pipeline equal to at least 4x monthly sales quotas and track proposals in CRM.
• Coordinate with commercial system design team and branch operations to define project scope for large installations.
• Create strategies to market products to new market segments and opportunities.
• Monitor competition and market pricing, products and delivery schedules.
