Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell security services and technology within an assigned territory. You will leverage relationships, close new business, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction through post-install follow-ups.

This role requires knowledge of electronic security systems (intrusion, access control, video), strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel locally on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Electronic Security experience such as Intrusion, Access Control and Video Surveillance.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology in the assigned territory.
• Protect and grow profitable sales with new and existing customers.
• Ensure customer retention and high satisfaction with post-install follow-ups.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and customer needs through training and research.
• Process work orders and paperwork per standard procedures.
• Follow up with prospects and establish call plans and strategies.
