Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading security solutions provider, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business in the Core Commercial division. You will develop client relationships, present security solutions, and lead negotiations through a defined Pittsburgh-area territory.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years in B2B sales, a quota-focused track record, and strong CRM/Office skills. Travel is required across the region.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
• Minimum 2 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas.
• Proficient with Office Suite and CRM platforms to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, skilled in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom solutions for complex client needs.
• Travel across assigned geographic areas to meet clients and prospects.
