Job summary

Everon is hiring a Commercial Sales Consultant in the Denver area to grow commercial verticals in intrusion, fire and access control. You will provide consultative, integrated security solutions to new and existing customers within an assigned territory.

The role focuses on building new market share, strengthening partnerships, and promoting Everon's full suite of products and services, with a compensation package that includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in security/telecom/tech.
• Experience with integrated video surveillance, access control and fire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new market share in commercial accounts.
• Strengthen partnerships with existing commercial customers.
• Generate leads via referrals, company-provided leads, networking, and cold-calling.
• Manage territory resources to maximize daily production and relationships.
• Provide security consultations including design, scope of work, and integration.
• Cross-sell Everon products and services.
• Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and operations.
