The role focuses on commercial leadership, process improvements, and collaboration across regions to accelerate growth and strengthen Caterpillar's competitive position.

Qualifications

• Top candidates have a bachelor's degree in business-related field and equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in power generation, energy or electrical systems.
• Experience in field, dealer, customer-facing and analytical sales or commercial roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales and commercial support specialist for regional sales teams focused on dealer growth in Electric Power.
• Provide commercial coordination and project execution to support reps, dealers, and customers.
• Lead annual business planning and target setting for EPD commercial goals.
• Standardize processes across supply chain, order fulfillment, and invoicing activities.
• Drive strategy and governance of EPD workstreams to achieve 2030 goals.
