You will support territory managers with technical information, review specifications, and act as SME at important customer visits, delivering product training and ensuring accurate, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree required; Electrical Engineering degree preferred with generator design, field service or customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product information to territory managers.
• Act as SME during critical customer visits.
• Explain applications, features, and genset operations.
• Deliver product training on applied technology, job efficiency and safety.
• Support sales through technical problem solving.
