Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Industry Territory Representative to drive dealer success and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing unit. You’ll build strong dealer relationships, guide sales strategies, and support rollout of innovative products and services.

This on-site role is based in Irving, TX with travel up to 50% and relocation support. You’ll work with dealers to grow value, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes for our Electric Power Division.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer territories: Harnish Group, Western States, Nebraska Machinery and Butler.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute actions to reach yearly Sales to Users targets.
• Meet with customers to discuss EP Sales needs and Cat Value Proposition.
• Collaborate with internal sales support to drive regional actions.
• Grow CVA coverage at Point-of-Sale with EP customers.
• Increase dealer Sales Funnel Opportunities using CRM.
• Create and execute dealer growth plans.
