Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Electric Power Aftermarket Sales Representative in Irving, TX. You will partner with dealers and business leaders to fuel growth, expand CVA adoption, and strengthen digital services engagement to increase services revenue.

This customer-facing role focuses on strategic account planning and working with dealers to achieve annual growth targets, while enhancing customer satisfaction across Electric Power customers.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong product knowledge of electric power solutions.
• Proven experience building and managing customer and dealer relationships.
• Ability to drive sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive Electric Power aftermarket sales performance with Southern District Caterpillar dealers.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute actions to achieve yearly aftermarket growth targets.
• Meet regularly with customers to discuss aftermarket needs and Cat repair options.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support services growth and CVA expansion.
• Grow CVA coverage and revenue with EP customers through integrated offerings.
• Increase dealer sales of parts and services via eCommerce to reach long-tail customers.
