Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (marketing, economics, finance, or related fields).
• Demonstrated experience in power generation, energy systems, electrical systems, or related industries.
• Experience in field, dealer, customer-facing, analytical, and related sales or commercial roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and organizations while aligning diverse stakeholders around common objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales and commercial support specialist for regional sales teams focused on dealer growth within Electric Power, providing commercial coordination and project execution supporting reps, dealers, and customers.
• Deliver commercial process improvement projects to the regional sales teams to grow sales to user revenue through dealers.
• Define and manage annual dealer performance metrics and consult with regional sales teams for successful outcomes.
• Lead annual business planning and target setting for EPD commercial goals.
• Standardize processes across supply chain, order fulfillment, and invoicing activities.
• Drive the strategy and governance of EPD workstreams to grow the business towards 2030 goals.
