Baker Roofing Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the commercial roofing division. This role builds and maintains a customer base, drives sales growth, and coordinates field activities with ongoing training through Baker's program.

The position includes a structured development program, a competitive base plus uncapped commissions, and strong earning potential with ESOP participation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: at least three years of outside sales or business development.
• Driver's License: Required.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities: CRM experience; roofing knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a base of commercial roofing customers.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Use Salesforce daily for account management and proposals.
• Coordinate trade shows and expos; participate in marketing functions.
• Provide operations with information to support project success.
