Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Representative to join our employee-owned team in the United States. The role focuses on developing and managing a client base for the commercial repair division, backed by a four-month Sales Training & Development Program designed by Baker employees for Baker employees.

We offer benefits from Day 1, weekly pay, and a competitive base with uncapped commissions ($80,000 - $100,000 OTE).

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years outside sales or business development; commercial roofing sales preferred.
• Driver's License: Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in the commercial repair division.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, referrals, and networking.
• Use Salesforce CRM daily for account management, scheduling, and proposals.
• Support operations in project success and client communications.
