TeamCraft Roofing, a family-owned business with a network of locations, is seeking a leadership-driven sales professional in the Chapel Hill area. The role focuses on staff and direct sales leadership to maximize profitability while upholding company values of safety, honesty, teamwork and quality.

The ideal candidate will manage service department roofing sales, develop plans for growth, penetrate new markets, and maintain detailed pricing and activity records.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 4–6 years in Sales Management.
• Fluent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, CenterPoint, Salesforce and Raken.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsabilités

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and performance.
• Lead development and performance of all Sales Team activities in the market.
• Establish plans to expand the customer base in the territory.
• Utilize appropriate estimating channels for pricing outside a pre-established MSA.
• Represent the Company at trade associations and meetings to promote services.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics codes.
