Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, a family-owned roofing contractor, seeks a Staff and Direct Sales Leader to guide profitability and growth in assigned markets. You will develop sales strategies, build customer relationships, and lead the sales team toward hitting service sales goals.

Travel to client sites and markets, manage pricing for special quotes, and participate in industry events to promote Company Services. Salary ranges reflect experience and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 4–6 years of related experience in sales management.
• Fluent knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken.
• Knowledge of office procedures and standard equipment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business material and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively to employees, managers, and customers.
• Willingness to travel and work with a diverse client base.
• Attend job walks and prepare takeoffs measuring variables of roof sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to meet service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets in the service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and pricing to meet company goals.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine potential and plan staffing.
• Lead sales team activities to drive performance in the assigned market.
• Expand customer base in the geographic areas.
• Coordinate pricing for quoted work outside existing MSAs.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings.
