TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader to drive service sales, expand market share, and build lasting customer relationships in the Raleigh area. The role focuses on developing business plans, evaluating market data, and coordinating pricing for non-standard tenders.

You will lead the sales team across geographic territories, promote company services, and travel to client sites as needed. A background in roofing or construction sales with CRM proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level sales management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, Raken).
• Ability to read, analyze, and respond to business data and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet service sales goals and profitability.
• Penetrate new markets within the service territory with action plans.
• Establish plans to expand customer base and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate pricing for quotes outside standard MSAs using approved channels.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets in assigned markets.
• Represent the company at trade associations and events to promote services.
