TeamCraft Roofing, a family-owned business, seeks a seasoned sales leader in Raleigh, NC, to direct the Staff and Direct Sales Team and drive profitability aligned with company vision. Compensation ranges from $75k to $100k, with performance bonuses and strong benefits.

The role focuses on developing market plans, expanding service territory, and managing pricing, records, and relationships with customers and trade associations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four to six years of related experience in Sales Management.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company goals.
• Analyze Sales statistics gathered by Sales Team to determine sales potential.
• Responsible for development and performance of ALL Sales Team activities in assigned market.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base in the assigned geographic areas.
• Utilize the appropriate estimating channels to secure pricing for any quoted work that falls outside a pre-established MSA.
• Represent Company at trade Association Conventions and meetings promoting Company Services at the request of the Company.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Team.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales material and current product knowledge.
