TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Staff and Direct Sales Team in driving maximum profitability in the Chapel Hill area.

The role focuses on developing relationships with new and existing customers, delivering strong sales performance, and aligning with company goals and values. Responsibilities include planning, market analysis, and leading a team to achieve service sales targets while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent (4–6 years in Sales Management)
• Fluent knowledge of software: Salesforce, CenterPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Raken
• Ability to read, analyze, and communicate business information
• Willingness to travel and work with a diverse client base
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales in the assigned geographic area and service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet service sales goals.
• Penetrate new markets in the service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and pricing.
• Lead and manage all Sales Team activities in the assigned market.
• Expand the customer base in the geographic area.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings.
• Maintain pricing records and sales reports; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials and current product knowledge.
