This role emphasizes building trusted relationships, cross‑selling products, and delivering flexible financial solutions tailored to client needs. You will lead end‑to-end loan processes and coordinate with processing teams to support growth and credit quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related banking experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems essential.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Builds and maintains relationships to drive long-term opportunities.
• Uses CRM to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline.
• Interviews applicants and analyzes loan applications for credit readiness.
• Pre-qualifies financing requests and coordinates with senior management for approvals.
• Coordinates processing of loans and ensures adherence to policies.
