FFB Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager I-III to solicit, negotiate, and coordinate the closing of equipment, CRE, and business loans. You will cultivate client relationships, promote banking products, and drive portfolio growth with a focus on credit quality and service excellence.

The role may involve leading complex transactions, supporting lending activities, and earning performance-based incentives. The position emphasizes TRAC values and community involvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience growing marketing and business development through direct customer engagement.
• Advanced math skills for financing calculations and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to cross-sell and explain products with confidence and authority.
• Commitment to continuous learning and integrity in all interactions.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle if required.

Responsabilidades

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipeline activity.
• Interviews applicants and analyzes loan or credit applications; resolves questions.
• Performs pre-qualification assessment and analyzes financial condition and risk.
• Prepares financing requests for senior management approval and coordinates loan processing.
• Ensures compliance with bank lending policies and processes; coordinates disbursements.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and process renewals of credit facilities.
• Travel up to 75% to visit clients, present to groups, and attend events.
