FFB Bank in Fresno, CA seeks an Agribusiness & Commercial Relationship Manager II to independently manage a diverse portfolio, generate new business, and structure lending solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, mentor junior lenders, and drive cross-sell opportunities with strong credit discipline.

The role emphasizes building relationships, managing a pipeline, and achieving loan, deposit, and portfolio growth goals while embodying TRAC values in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of related banking/financial services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to cross-sell and explain products confidently.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM to track interactions, update records and manage pipeline activity.
• Manages a portfolio of agribusiness and commercial clients with credit needs.
• Structures and negotiates lending solutions with sound credit quality.
• Mentors junior lenders and supports business development efforts.
• Presents credit opportunities and recommendations to management/loan committees.
