FFB Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager I-III to lead equipment, real estate, and business loan opportunities with a focus on building lasting client relationships. You will manage deposits and lending relationships while promoting bank products through referrals.

Role includes coordinating loan processing, underwriting support, and providing guidance to clients. This position requires travel up to 75% and offers performance-based incentives alongside base pay.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Finance or related).
• Minimum 5 years of related banking/financial services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in growing marketing and business development through direct engagement.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and federal compliance regulations.
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze financial information.

Mansioni

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in‑person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships to drive long‑term business opportunities.
• Uses CRM to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline activity.
