Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in banking, financial services, or relevant industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Experience growing marketing and business development through direct customer engagement.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive long-term opportunities.
• Use CRM to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline.
• Assess loan/credit applications and provide information for underwriting.
• Coordinate loan processing and ensure compliance with lending policies.
