Qualifications

• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid real estate license.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure lead generation activities are performed.
• Assist in organizing and developing point of contact with clients.
• Input MLS listings, write public and agent notes. Meet with the sellers to meet photographer, help get house photo ready, take room measurements and fill out feature details
• Establish and maintain consistent follow-up with past clients.
• Track listing documents and coordinate communication between involved parties.
• Keep clients, agents and service providers updated on progress of transactions.
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute topics for discussion.
• Manage listing signage and lockboxes delivery/removal.
• Data-entry and maintenance of listed properties; audit files as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
