• Showing properties and working with home buyers.
• Marketing properties and working with home sellers.
• Collaborating with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction.
• Negotiating contracts and addressing client issues.
• Supervising the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
• Following up with leads to increase sales.
