PJ Morgan Real Estate in Omaha, NE is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our fast-growing real estate team. You will handle HOA/Condo inquiries, manage requests, and support residents and vendors with timely, accurate information.

The ideal candidate has outstanding communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to multitask in a busy office. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking, logging and responding to HOA/Condo Association Architectural Change Requests
• Tracking, reporting and responding to HOA/Condo Association violations
• Follow up regarding HOA/Condo Association dues collection including supporting homeowners with online payment questions
• Assist with HOA/Condo Association Homeowner questions regarding special assessments
• Assist with communication/questions including but not limited to tenants lease and account questions, client concerns, vendor concerns and communication between tenants and vendors
• Tracking and reporting ofHCI and application requests
