Qualifications

• Holds NE Real Estate Salesperson license or is able/willing to obtain such license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports, including day-to-day task oversight, training, time-off approvals, and performance management.
• Manage and maintain real estate transaction files; ensure accuracy across systems and settlements.
• Promote and grow the Transaction Coordination program, driving adoption and service delivery.
• Assist onboarding of new and transfer agents, including system setup and documentation distribution.
• Support agent engagement, recruitment initiatives, and ongoing training across RES/COM teams.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure listing and sales materials are accurate and tracked.
