Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will assist with marketing, operations, and financial activities, ensuring client requirements are met.

The role emphasizes coordination with tenants, vendors, and accounting, including monthly reporting, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AP and CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Strong financial acumen for basic analyses and budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and build consensus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate staff to resolve issues per policies.
• Review vendor invoices and approve payments per management agreements.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Coordinate lease administration and occupancy changes in systems.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and conduct property walk-throughs.
