Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Property Manager to partner with the Property Manager and oversee day-to-day operations for office, retail, and industrial assets. The role emphasizes financial oversight, CAM reconciliations, lease administration, and tenant relations.

You will manage vendor invoices, budget support, and data collection, while coordinating move-ins/outs and responding to tenant needs. This is an in-office position with periodic property visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (1 to 2 years minimum).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and CMMS platforms.
• Ability to work through financial calculations including percentages, discounts, and basic financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to both tenant relationships and internal reporting.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations to keep tasks on schedule.
• Review vendor invoices for compliance with management agreements and prepare monthly reports and budgets.
• Manage CAM and operating expense reconciliations and related data collection.
• Handle lease setups, changes, and coordination of move-ins/move-outs with tenants and teams.
• Support vendor sourcing, bid coordination, and emergency response planning.
• Travel to properties for inspections as required and oversee direct reports as appropriate.
