Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support a Property Manager in overseeing a single property or portfolio of commercial spaces. You will handle marketing, operations, and financial activities, ensuring tenant needs are addressed and reporting is accurate.

The role emphasizes monthly reporting, CAM/OpX reconciliations, lease administration, and coordination with accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Knowledge of financial terms; able to calculate percentages and basic analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; positive tone for operations and relationships.
• Desire to lead and develop leadership skills; ability to build consensus.
• Strong organizational skills; deliver timely results.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Collect data and draft CAM/OpX operating expense reconciliations.
• Coordinate lease administration including setup and changes.
• Assist with move-ins/outs and site walks with teams.
• Assist with emergency plans and drills; support procurement activities.
• Provide direction and performance feedback to direct reports.
