Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial spaces. You will assist in marketing, operations, and financial activities, and ensure vendor invoices align with agreements.

You will help reconcile CAM/OpX, coordinate lease changes, and support tenant move-ins/outs, drills, and emergency plans. In-office role with strong emphasis on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and education considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AP and CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in marketing, operations, and financial activities.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve problems promptly.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Assist with lease administration and tenant move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate and document emergency plans and participate in drills.
• Assist with sourcing, bidding, and procurement activities.
• Provide leadership guidance to direct reports and manage performance.
