Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Dallas is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in overseeing a commercial portfolio. You will handle tenant relations, operations, and financial tasks, ensuring adherence to policies and contracts.

You will assist with monthly reports, CAM/OpX reconciliations, lease administration, and procurement activities, while coordinating with the accounting team and field staff to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; AP/CMMS experience.
• Experience with commercial properties (office/retail/industrial).
• Knowledge of financial terms; able to calculate percentages and discounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; positive tone.
• Desire to lead and build leadership skills; consensus building.
• Strong organizational skills; deliver timely results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in managing tenant relations and operations.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages.
• Coordinate lease administration and reporting across systems.
• Support procurement activities and vendor invoice approvals.
• Assist with emergency planning and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with tenants and teams.
