Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Herndon, VA is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in marketing, operations, and financial activities for a multi-tenant property. This role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a BA/BS preferred, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with CMMS and AP systems, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead and build consensus.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Manager in daily operations and reporting.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff.
• Review vendor invoices for approval within policy.
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets.
• Manage CAM/OpX data and operating expense reconciliations.
• Coordinate lease administration and move-ins/outs.
• Assist with emergency plans and safety drills.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities.
• Provide leadership guidance to direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
