Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a CFT Assistant Property Manager in Pasadena, CA. The role focuses on financial performance, lease administration, and vendor coordination across the portfolio. You will manage budgets, oversee repairs, and ensure timely payments under lease terms.

Main duties include inputting leases into YARDI, rent collection, CAM/NNN reconciliations, and maintaining tenant relations, with a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience required.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Financial management: prepare annual property budgets, maximize NOI, review financial statements, approve expenditures within budget.
• Tenant management: input leases in YARDI, collect rent, reconcile CAM/NNN charges, build tenant relationships.
• Vendor management: ensure timely repairs, negotiate service agreements, monitor vendor performance.
• Operational management: oversee new property setups, inspections, capital improvements, coordinate with third-party managers.
• Annual planning: assist in setting measurable business objectives for the year.
