Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coordination for the opening and closing of escrow for real-estate transactions.
• Arranges short-term financing as needed.
• Maintains insurance program, including gathering information and reporting.
• Assists as Yardi administrator, researching and troubleshooting system issues.
