Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a CFT Associate Leasing Manager to negotiate LOIs, leases, and renewals, review tenant credit and business plans, and develop leasing strategies for developments and existing properties.

You will build a national tenant network, collaborate with local brokers, and coordinate with design, legal, and property management teams to optimize leasing outcomes. A strong background in real estate and business is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of real estate experience, preferably in retail, office, and multifamily environments.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate LOIs, leases, and renewals and present them for approval.
• Build a network with national tenants and work with local brokers on market rent comps and tenant mix.
• Negotiate tenant lease restructures, assignments, rent reductions, and buy-outs.
• Develop understanding of land, construction costs, and rental income; assist with pro-formas for leasing and development.
• Coordinate with legal, property management, and other teams to resolve leasing conflicts.
• Budget leasing projections on a yearly basis and prepare Pre-RESAC and RESAC presentations for new developments.
