Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience required.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with repair and maintenance of plaza properties.
• Reviews lease-related charges for accuracy.
• Tracks and approves the coding of all property invoices.
• Interacts with tenants to ensure timely payment of amounts due.
• Conducts property visits and inspects maintenance conditions.
• Prepares and presents Annual Operating Budgets for properties.
• Conducts annual reconciliation for assigned properties.
