Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store in the Pasadena area. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role offers a generous compensation package with benefits, including meals, medical/dental/vision, 401K with company match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified. ADA compliance and accessibility considerations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
