Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring Account Executives to sell industry-leading pest management services to new and existing commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-oriented environment and complete a comprehensive training program to learn our services.

You will learn to inspect and identify infestations, craft proposals, and present solutions that grow the business. Travel up to 100% within territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
• Will obtain required industry licenses provided and paid by the company.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
