Job summary

RNA Rentokil North America is seeking Account Executives to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-driven team and complete a comprehensive training program to learn and understand our pest management services and products.

You will inspect and identify infestations, then craft proposals and presentations to win new business while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence and willingness to travel up to 100% of time.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers based on assessment findings
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
• Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM
