Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Account Executive in Austin, TX to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results‑oriented environment with a comprehensive training program to learn our pest management services and products.

You’ll build opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals, craft territory plans to exceed targets, and manage presentations and CRM activity to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service excellence.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
