Ecolab's Pest Elimination team seeks a Pest Control Technician Trainee in Harrisburg, VA. You will undergo a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques while serving commercial customers.

You will gain certifications and experience for a long-term career in service, sales, or management, with opportunities to work a flexible, field-based role across York and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight, on-call, weekends.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing per state/local law.
• Background check conducted for all offers.
• Drug test including THC required for all offers.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques during training.
• Build relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice sectors.
• Collaborate with customers to identify pest elimination needs and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab's products and services to enhance service and sales.
• Document issues using handheld equipment and report findings.
• Deliver high-quality service under supervision and complete training program.
