Job summary

Ecolab's Pest Elimination team is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Shreveport, LA to protect public health and provide pest-free environments for commercial customers. This role involves delivering pest elimination services across hospitality, healthcare, and education sectors.

You will build customer relationships, maintain accurate service records, and stay current on product offerings while working with a supportive team. Overnight shifts and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts as needed.
• Availability to be on call during off-work hours and weekends as necessary.
• Pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check will be conducted for final candidates.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pest elimination services to a variety of commercial customers.
• Establish effective relationships with customers and identify pest needs.
• Identify customer needs and recommend pest prevention solutions.
• Maintain service records for accounts using handheld equipment.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry conditions to enhance service.
