Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. The role includes a comprehensive training program to learn our offerings and methods.

You will identify and close new business, maintain customer relationships, and travel within your territory up to 100% to meet targets. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a hunter's mentality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of experience in B2B sales preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial clients.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure high-level service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
