Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing Commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-driven team and undergo a comprehensive training program to learn our pest management offerings and how to secure proposals that win business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain any required industry licenses as provided and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and pest harborage, and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
