Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Professional to build a growth-focused client base across Southeast businesses. You will identify pest management risks, tailor programs, and protect client operations while driving revenue growth.

In this role you’ll prospect, network, and close deals, with guaranteed earnings during the first four months and uncapped commissions. A company vehicle and field tools support your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher desired; relevant experience accepted
• Minimum 2+ years outside sales experience
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals
• CRM proficiency and basic tech literacy required

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and leads
• Meet with decision-makers to understand operational challenges
• Design customized pest management solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
