Aruza Pest Control is hiring Outside Sales Professionals to grow residential customers in the Southeast. You will identify pest-related concerns, propose tailored treatment plans, and build lasting homeowner relationships. This role rewards self-motivation with uncapped earning potential and ongoing sales training.

The position emphasizes independence, high activity, and performance-based earning in a fast-paced field sales environment at Aruza. A company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years’ prior experience in pest control sales preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is ideal but not required
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services

Aufgaben

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
