Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years’ pest control or related sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; MVR checked.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and perform annual follow-ups.
• Document sales activity and customer information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
