Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Professional to serve diverse business clients, identify pest management risks, and tailor prevention programs. You’ll build new business, nurture long-term relationships, and drive recurring revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes prospecting, consultative selling, and closing opportunities across multiple industries. A company vehicle and tools are provided to support field activities and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of commercial pest management services.
• Strong computer proficiency and CRM experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (must pass MVR).
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and company-generated leads.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized commercial pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
