Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is expanding its Commercial Outside Sales Team and seeking driven professionals to build lasting client relationships and drive growth. This role focuses on identifying pest management risks and developing customized commercial programs for diverse clients.

You will generate new business, manage relationships, and help clients protect people, property, and brand reputation through professional pest management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and company-generated leads.
• Identify opportunities across multiple commercial industries.
• Conduct facility inspections and pest risk assessments.
• Meet with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges.
• Design customized commercial pest management solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
• Represent Aruza Pest Control with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
